Saudi Fisheries Co. said on Sunday it has completed an agreement to sell a 51% stake in Al-Haridah Aquaculture Co. to Sara National Trading Co.
The company signed an addendum to the sale agreement, and the guarantors issued electronic promissory notes, it said in a statement on the Saudi Exchange.
Saudi Fisheries expects the financial impact of the sale to appear in its fourth-quarter 2026 results, once the required regulatory procedures are complete.

The two companies signed the agreement in October 2025, giving Sara National Trading a controlling 51% stake in Al-Haridah Aquaculture for SR33.2 million, according to Argaam data.
The deal was subject to several conditions, including the transfer of the farm’s lease agreement and aquaculture licenses to Al-Haridah Aquaculture.
In June, the companies agreed to extend the deadline for that transfer to August 31, 2026.
In August, they extended it again to October 31, 2026, CNBC Arabia reported.
Saudi Fisheries said it would announce any further material developments.
