Cityscape Global has postponed its 2026 real estate exhibition in Riyadh to February 1 to 4, 2027, from its previously scheduled dates of November 16 to 19, 2026, the organizer said in a statement on Monday.
The 2027 edition will go ahead as planned from November 15 to 18, 2027, according to the statement, carried by Sabq and Argaam.

The organizer said the new dates were set to deliver an edition in line with the event’s international standing and the expected scale of participation, and to provide an integrated experience for exhibitors, sponsors, partners and visitors. It did not give further reasons for the change.
Projects worth more than $63 billion were announced at the previous edition, the statement said.
The 2025 edition, held in Riyadh from November 17 to 20, 2025, closed with real estate deals worth more than SR237 billion over four days, according to the Saudi Press Agency. It was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority and the Housing Program, and organized by Tahaluf.
Tahaluf said the February dates were chosen to allow the event to be staged at its full capacity, according to Fintech Gate.
