Dubai’s Luxury Off-Plan market continued its impressive growth during June as buyers invested heavily in premium residential properties. Luxury Off-Plan activity remained strong across apartments and villas, reflecting sustained confidence in Dubai’s high-end real estate sector.

Luxury off-plan residential properties generated Dh3.72 billion in sales during June. Developers completed 307 transactions involving homes priced above Dh5 million. The figures highlighted steady demand from local and international investors seeking premium properties across the emirate.

Apartments represented the largest share of sales during the month. Buyers completed 166 apartment transactions worth Dh2.12 billion. Meanwhile, villas recorded 141 sales with a combined value of Dh1.61 billion. Across all luxury off-plan transactions, the average property price reached Dh12.1 million.

Villa sales performed particularly well within the Dh5 million to Dh10 million category. Buyers completed 99 villa purchases valued at Dh639.2 million. Additionally, another 30 villas sold within the Dh10 million to Dh20 million range, generating Dh415.6 million in total sales.

Apartment demand also remained consistent across premium price categories. The Dh5 million to Dh10 million segment produced 111 apartment transactions worth Dh722.3 million. Furthermore, buyers completed 33 apartment purchases between Dh10 million and Dh20 million, adding Dh475.7 million in sales.

Besides off-plan activity, completed luxury homes also attracted significant investor interest. Developers sold 58 ready properties priced above Dh5 million during June. These transactions generated an additional Dh1.01 billion. The average selling price for completed homes reached Dh17.4 million.

Industry leaders believe Dubai’s premium housing sector continues demonstrating remarkable resilience. They pointed to strong investor confidence supported by the city’s long-term economic outlook and growing international appeal. Moreover, many buyers continue viewing Dubai as one of the world’s leading destinations for luxury real estate investments.

Luxury residential activity also maintained strong momentum throughout the first half of 2026. Sales of ultra-premium homes continued reaching notable levels despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainty across the region. High-net-worth buyers remained active because they viewed Dubai as a stable and attractive investment destination.

Dubai Islands recorded the highest number of luxury off-plan transactions during June. The community completed 48 sales and led all major residential locations. Dubai South followed closely with 39 transactions. Palm Jumeirah secured third place after recording 22 luxury property deals. These results highlighted continued demand for waterfront developments and carefully planned master communities.

The ultra-luxury villa segment also delivered impressive results. Seven villas priced between Dh20 million and Dh50 million generated Dh207.9 million in sales. In addition, five villas valued between Dh50 million and Dh100 million produced another Dh344.9 million in transactions.

Premium apartment sales remained equally impressive during June. Buyers completed 18 apartment purchases within the Dh20 million to Dh50 million range, generating Dh521.5 million. Another three apartment transactions between Dh50 million and Dh100 million contributed Dh197 million in sales.

One standout transaction involved a luxury penthouse located in Business Bay. The property sold for Dh200 million, demonstrating continued demand for exclusive trophy homes. Such high-value purchases further strengthened Dubai’s position within the global luxury property market.

Looking ahead, market analysts expect premium residential demand to remain healthy. Strong infrastructure, attractive investment opportunities, and continued economic growth continue supporting buyer confidence. As a result, Luxury Off-Plan properties should remain a major contributor to Dubai’s thriving real estate market.

Overall, Dubai’s Luxury Off-Plan market continued to demonstrate strong momentum during June, driven by sustained demand for premium apartments and villas. Robust investor confidence, high-value transactions, and continued interest in luxury communities reinforce Dubai’s position as one of the world’s leading destinations for high-end real estate investment.
