The World Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics (WAM) Saudi Summit and Expo 2026 wrapped up after three days of discussions, demonstrations, and collaboration. The event highlighted Saudi Arabia’s industrial transformation under Vision 2030. KAOUN International organized the summit in partnership with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones. With the Ministry of Industry’s support, WAM Saudi became a hub for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among global experts.
Alex Nicholl, Vice-President of Kaoun International, said this year’s event brought the entire industrial ecosystem together. Serious buyers from Saudi Arabia and abroad attended, reflecting the Kingdom’s position as a dynamic industrial hub. Industrial innovation and cross-sector collaboration were clear highlights throughout the summit.
The exhibition showcased advanced manufacturing technologies, AI-powered logistics, smart factory systems, and digital tools. Attendees explored emerging industrial demands, localization priorities, and workforce requirements. The event also helped exporters, investors, and consultants form practical business connections.
WAM Saudi 2026 featured a Startup Zone with 44 companies competing for a USD 10,000 prize. Competitions like 1Tank, Supernova Pitch, and River Venture Studio gave startups a chance to pitch directly to investors and partners. Digital Petroleum won the Supernova Pitch prize, highlighting the event’s focus on real-world industrial solutions.
The Industry Stage hosted discussions on human-centric automation, Industry 4.0, quantum technology in manufacturing, and green production. Speakers emphasized Saudi Arabia’s competitiveness and the growing role of AI and digital twins in shaping modern industry.
