Yacht Network will connect major marina destinations along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. Red Sea Global has launched the new marine network to support yacht travel. The network brings several marina and yacht club services together. It will serve yacht owners, charter guests, captains, and crews. Moreover, the platform aims to simplify marine operations across participating destinations. Starting in winter 2026, yachts can travel between Amaala and Shura Island more easily. A single berthing agreement will provide access across two major marinas.
The network will initially connect 278 berths across the two facilities. Amaala Marina will offer 119 berths through Amaala Yacht Club. Shura Island Marina will add another 159 berths to the network. Both marinas can accommodate yachts reaching 120 meters in length. This capacity creates opportunities for larger private and charter vessels. Furthermore, Red Sea Global expects more marinas to join during 2027. Additional anchorage locations could also expand the network’s coverage. The company aims to create a broader marine corridor across its Red Sea destinations.
The new network will create a more connected experience for visiting yacht users. Yacht owners can move between destinations under one berthing arrangement. Captains and crews can also manage marina services through one system. This approach could reduce administrative work during coastal journeys. The company also plans to expand the network as new facilities become available.
Amaala Marina will serve as one of the network’s main hubs. The marina forms part of Amaala Yacht Club and supports the wider Amaala development. The destination focuses on luxury tourism, wellness, and high-end visitor experiences. Meanwhile, Shura Island Marina will serve as the second central hub. The marina sits within The Red Sea destination on Shura Island. It offers direct access to the island’s main hospitality and tourism areas. Together, the two marinas will create the network’s initial operating corridor.
Yacht Network services will follow standards set by Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Authority. Those standards cover marina operations and environmental responsibilities. Red Sea Global will also apply conservation principles supported by Corallium. Corallium operates as a marine life institute at Amaala. Its work focuses on protecting marine environments and promoting responsible development. As a result, the network combines commercial marine activity with environmental considerations. This approach supports Saudi Arabia’s wider efforts to develop its Red Sea coastline responsibly.
Amaala Yacht Club sits about 2,400 kilometers from Monaco through the Suez Canal. Its location positions the marina within an expanding international yachting route. Shura Island adds another strategic stop along Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast. The two destinations can attract private owners, charter operators, and international crews. Their combined berth capacity provides room for a wide range of vessels. Additionally, future marina additions could make the network more extensive. Red Sea Global expects that expansion to continue during 2027.
