NMDC Group’s revenue rose 4% from a year earlier to AED21.4 billion ($5.8 billion) in the first nine months of 2026, the Abu Dhabi-listed marine dredging and engineering company said on Friday.
Net profit for the period ended September 30 was AED2.4 billion ($653.5 million), the company said in a statement carried by the trade publication Dredging Today and Arabic-language media. The statement did not give a year-earlier profit figure.

Third-quarter profit was AED719.2 million, Reuters reported.
The company said growth came from faster execution of projects already underway at its NMDC Dredging & Marine, NMDC Energy and NMDC Infra units.
AED9.7 billion in new awards
NMDC Group’s project backlog stood at AED54.1 billion at the end of September.
The company won AED9.7 billion of new contracts and projects in the nine months across the Middle East, North Africa and international markets.
It ended the period with a net cash position of AED3.9 billion.
Its listed subsidiary NMDC Energy reported on Tuesday that nine-month revenue rose 9% to AED14.2 billion.
New dredger joins fleet
In October, NMDC Dredging & Marine inaugurated the Abu Al Bakhoush, a self-propelled cutter suction dredger, at a ceremony in Nantong, China.
The vessel is 148 meters long, with installed power of 30,040 kilowatts and a maximum dredging depth of 38 meters. It joins a fleet of more than 170 vessels and marine units.
“Our nine-month results reflect the resilience we have been building into NMDC Group for many years,” said Yasser Zaghloul, group chief executive officer.
Chairman Mohamed Thani Murshed Ghannam Alrumaithi said the group continued to turn its project portfolio into revenue growth.
